All returns must be made within 15 days of the shipment-invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse all other returns. If you need to return an item please contact us by the following email address: ajyal@comcast.net or call (888) 442-5925.

Unopened Selections: On selections that you have ordered, unopened selections can only be returned within 15 days of the shipment-invoice date, for a credit of the invoiced amount less the original shipping and processing charges. In other words, you must return them at your expense and we will not refund or adjust any shipping and processing charges incurred from the original or prior shipment.

Opened Selections: If you have opened or removed the outer wrap from the enclosed selection NO REFUNDS, ADJUSTMENTS, OR CREDITS WILL BE MADE, unless the selection is defective or arrived damaged. For defective selections or selections that arrive damaged we will exchange the selection with the same.
Refunds: Refunds are only given on orders that are shipped incorrectly. If an item is shipped incorrectly a refund will not be issued until the incorrectly shipped item is sent back to us and received by us. If your package was returned to us marked as "unclaimed" or "incorrect address", a credit will be issued of the invoiced amount less the original shipping and processing charges.
Delivery Time: Most in-stock orders are shipped within 3 working days. Transit time to your location must then be added. If we are temporarily out of stock, we will inform you as to availability within three weeks.
Foreign Shipments: The average delivery time is based on order volume and distance from Detroit, Michigan, USA. Most orders take 4-6 weeks to reach its destination. We cannot guarantee safe delivery on foreign shipments. If an undelivered package was returned to us, a credit will be issued of the invoiced ammount less the original shipping and processing charges. No credit will be issued to a customer claiming that the package wasn't received. Customer is responsible for all tariffs imposed by importing country.

All information given to NGM Entertainment / AJYAL Theatrical Group remains 100% private, and is used only for the purpose of fulfilling your order

Orders placed by 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time are shipped the same day. After 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time, the order will be shipped the next business day. 

Orders delayed due to our credit card verification process may not ship the same day.
